趋势。原因主要为增量需求有限的市场环境中,
子市场之间的平均租金差异逐步收窄,导致激
烈的价格竞争不仅停留在区域市场内部,还辐
射至周边跨区域项目。

Some tenants have shown cross-submarket mobility trends
across the city. The primary reason is that in a market
environment with limited incremental demand, the average
rental differences between submarkets have gradually
narrowed. This has resulted in intense rent competition not
only within regional markets but also extending to cross-
regional projects in surrounding areas.
