Article 11： Removability
and replaceability
Article 1(1): “This Regulation lays down requirements on sustainability,
safety, labelling, marking and information to allow the placing on the
market or putting into service of batteries within the Union.” 这表明法
规涵盖了所有在欧盟市场投放或投入使用的电池。
Article 1(3): “It shall also apply to batteries that are incorporated into
or added to products or that are specifically designed to be
incorporated into or added to products.” 进一步明确了法规适用于安装
